UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR (UNICAL) POST UTME 2014/2015

The University of Calabar - also known as UNICAL - is a university situated in Calabar, Cross River State, southeastern Nigeria. It is one of Nigerian's second generation universities.

All candidates who have chosen University of Calabar as their First Choice in their application for admission into the University for the 2014/2015 Academic
Session The First Choice Post-UTME Screening Exercise has been scheduled to take place on Friday 25th and Saturday 26 July 2014 respectively.

Eligibility
Candidates who scored 180 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply.

Payment Procedure:
Walk into any of the participating banks and request to make payment for UNICAL post UTME escratch card or paper scratch card based on the options below You will be. required to pay N5,550.00 which will cover the the screening fee, practice question papers and portal/bank charges.

Process Flow of E-Scrateh Card for Unical Post UTME

First Method
Walk into any branch of Enterprise Bank Ltd nationwide
1.) Pay for Unical UTME pin and the Bank will post the payment to activate your pin.
2.) Log in with the generated pin for the Post-.UTME..

Second Method:
THE Paper SCRATCH CARD OPTION
First Choice Post-UTME scratch cards are available for those who reside in Calabar or have difficulties in obtaining the e-scratch card receipt:

For those Applying in Calabar only:

1. UNICAL Micrafinance Bank,
2. WEMA Bank Plc,
3. Enterprise Bank Ltd.
4. First City Monument Bank. Plc.

On obtaining the scratch card, proceed to any internet facility or Just Log onto: HERE On the home page, you will be required to enter your JAMB Registration number in the box provided (be sure to, put your correct JAMB No) and scratch card pin to enable you gain access Upload your passport and signature click on submit” and follow the on-line instructions.

Final Step
1. Confirm your entries before clicking on submit. After ‘clicking on submit, print the form as evidence of your registration and bring it along to the screening venue.
2. Download the version of Practice QtstIons related to your Programme of Study after filling the online application form.

Registration Closing Date
Registration will shut down at 12.00Mid Night on Wednesday 23rd July, 2014

Candidates are required to come with the following items for the screening exercise:
1. 2014/2015 original examination UTME result slip showing candidates photogra’ph
2. HB pencil, eraser, and a ball-point pen.

Note:

• Impersonation is a serious offence and anyone caught impersonating will be banded over to the Law Enforcement Agents and may be liable to up to 5 years imprisonment.
• Any Candidate who fail to take part in the screening exercise automatically loses his or her chance of being considered for admission.
• GSM handsets, calculators, or any other extraneous materials MUST NOT be brought into the screening venue. Such materials if confiscated will not be returned.
• Early commencement of registration is advised, to avoid web congestion in the dying hours.
